Based on same design philosophy of simple to implement automation, ProfiFEED is a high-productivity bar feeder solution retrofittable to any production application. ProfiFEED retains all the connectivity and job setup features of the ProfiSTOP (CSV job lists, cuts counter, wireless internet / USB capability) expanded to a bar feeder package to achieve full automation of cold cutting (including optional actuator for saw).
ProfiFEED system is designed to perform all tube feeding, positioning, clamping and cuts counting, with the operator is only left responsible for pulling saw for the cut. Now your every operator is your most productive operator.
Advanced jobs setup and control interface enables nesting of four different cut lengths per tube length with ProfiFEED capable of feeding tubes of 6+ m length. Ready for full automation, signal for your vice on/off solenoid and saw actuation. Capable of turning any semi-auto saw into a fully auto system, or any drop saw with optional actuator.
