At ReconEng, our design philosophy is to maximize customer production value with high-level of material flow and process integration, high-level PLC automation, and innovative mechanical design based on the approved framework of six steps:

• We learn what the machine has to do. We meet with you, ask questions, and make suggestions.
• We provide a 3D machine concept, illustrating the process for your review, suggestions and approval.
• After concept approval, we complete the production drawings and build the machine.
• We rigorously test the machine at ReconEng workshop.
• We deliver and install the machine at the Customer factory.
• We test the machine on location and don't leave until the Customer is absolutely satisfied.

We aim to achieve high-level of material flow integration with primary machining, with the goal to completely automate the production process and eliminate any need for manual tasks. Our applications often achieve set-and-forget production capability, significantly increasing our Customer’s output while at the same time reducing labour costs, with minimum or no machine supervision required.
