ReconEng production applications are based on modular design, with automated units combined with primary machining into high-productivity production systems to suit virtually any process.
We have a complete range of in-house designed and made modular automation units which cover material flow, positioning, actuation and machining tasks:
- D200 multipurpose self-feeding units (drilling, cutting, riveting...)
- F3000 material feeders (belt and screw driven)
- L4000 material loaders (incline, bundle and multiple storage)
- A80 actuators (screw driven)
Our units readily integrate with high-level PLC automation into custom-designed production systems which provide flexible and cost-effective solutions to your accuracy or productivity problems.
We can provide affordable production systems made from scratch or retrofit upgrades to your existing equipment; and, as our units are designed and made by us, all aspects of the design are made specifically to provide your production process with maximum production value.
