Structural profile drilling in accurate and flexible patterns in an affordable multi-purpose drilling system.

Automatic two-axis positioning and feed, with full PLC touch screen control. Rack and pinion longitudinal rail gantry with up to 15 m stroke and ball-screw vertical drive with up to 1000 mm travel.

Simple piece loading and automatic calibration, with the system automatically locating the edge and calibrating for any profile placed on the table. Rigid electro-magnetic piece-to-drill clamping with direct force transfer, significantly reducing the supporting structure.

Direct from CAD hole pattern input via USB drive – from design to finished piece, no paper or manual data entry. Integration with CNC plasma cutting systems for full beam processing capability (coping, honching and more). Fully-forklift accessible working table, including additional space for storing beams ready to be drilled.
