Automatic flexible application drill for accurate pattern drilling of square and rectangular profiles on all four sides. Automatic two-axis positioning, feed and profile rotation with full PLC touch screen control.

From CAD design direct to finished piece - no paper or manual data entry. CAD generated hole pattern file directly input into machine via USB port.

Positioning accuracy ±0.1 mm with infinite hole pattern combinations. Drilling process optimized (feed and speed) to suit drill diameter for maximum drill life. Multiple hole sizes with step drill bits, or integrated exchanger unit. Optional riveting unit integrated for fully-automatic drill and rivet operation.
